A Harvard study finds that people who drink two to four cups of coffee a day have about half the suicide risk of those who drink decaffeinated or no coffee. But don’t go downing the espressos because you’re feeling a little blue–researchers believe most adults naturally drink the correct amount of caffeine each day to maximize the benefits they’d receive.
